This program is being offered in 6 modules over 3 days:
Day 1: Monday November 16th - Module 1 + 2
Day 2: Tuesday November 17th - Module 3 + 4
Day 3: Wednesday November 18th - Module 5 + 6
9-11am MST Module (11am EST-1pm EST)
11am-1pm MST Break (1pm EST-3pm EST)
1pm-3pm MST Module (3pm EST-5pm EST)
This should allow for ample time to attend to work or other life things before the first module of the day, ample mid-day break to have lunch and re-nourish, and wrap up the 2nd module of the day in a timely manner.
Tahira is a mindfulness facilitator and founder of The Chain Reaction. She has a background in Human Resources and therefore integrates a unique strategic perspective of human performance & motivation into each coaching session and workshop. Tahira started her practice after attending a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation course that transformed her life and supported her through burnout.
She is also a workout enthusiast and loves Nutella!
Scott is a developer and engineer at GoDaddy looking to bring mindfulness, and compassion into the corporate workspace. Outside of work he is a dedicated Zen practitioner. Scott started his practice over 10 years ago in Japan, and currently helps to organize and lead sittings and retreats in Phoenix, AZ. He is also on the Board of Directors of a retreat-focused Zen Center in Los Angeles.
When not working or sitting, he enjoys exploring whether that's hiking around Arizona or traveling to other countries.

(9 Nov 2020), and 50% refund up to 48 hours before the program start.
You are able to transfer the ticket to another person at any time before the program begins. You cannot transfer your ticket after the first session. Contact us to give us the name and email of the attendee taking your place.
